This website (16types-test.com) is operated by Black Cat Entertainment s. r. o., IČO 56304684, DIČ 2122267180, VAT ID SK2122267180, registered at Vodná 940/4, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What data we collect

• Your email address — so we can send your results.
• Your test answers — used to calculate your personality type. They are processed to generate your result and are not used to identify you.
• Payment information — your card details are entered on and handled entirely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically by our hosting provider.

3. Why we use it and the legal basis

We use your data to provide the service you paid for — calculating your result and emailing it to you (performance of a contract), to process your payment (legal obligation and contract), and to keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest). We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.

4. Service providers we share data with

We rely on a small number of trusted processors who handle data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — sending your results email.
• Hostinger — website hosting.

Each processes data under its own privacy terms and appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email and transaction records only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Test answers are used to generate your result and are not retained in a personal profile.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).

7. Cookies

The site itself uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. Our payment provider (Stripe) may set cookies needed to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date.
