Refund Policy

1. Digital products and immediate delivery

The personality report is digital content that is generated and emailed to you immediately after payment. For this reason, and in line with EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started. At checkout you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been sent.

2. When we will still give you a refund

We want you to be treated fairly. We will provide a full refund if:

• You paid but never received your report due to a technical problem on our side, and we are unable to deliver it to you; or
• You were charged more than once for the same order; or
• The report was not delivered as described because of a fault in our service.

Because the report is delivered instantly and is personal to you, we generally cannot offer refunds simply because you disagree with the result or changed your mind after receiving it.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at ondrejrusnak8@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including the email address you used and the approximate date and time of payment. We aim to respond within a few business days.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Slovak or EU law.
