The Protagonist

Protagonists are warm, sociable, and driven by a desire to help others grow. They are typically perceptive about people and skilled at encouraging, motivating, and bringing groups together around shared goals. They are guided by strong values and a genuine concern for the people around them.

A Protagonist tends to focus on people and possibilities, often taking on mentoring, organising, or leadership roles. They communicate well, read emotions easily, and invest considerable energy in supporting and developing others. They value harmony, cooperation, and a sense of purpose.

Because they give so much to others, Protagonists can neglect their own needs and are often sensitive to criticism. They may struggle with decisions that risk conflict or disappoint people, and they can hold idealistic expectations. They generally thrive in collaborative, people-centred roles where they can guide and support others.
