The Commander

Commanders are decisive, strategic, and assertive, with a natural drive to set goals and organise people and resources to reach them. They think ahead, assess situations efficiently, and are comfortable taking charge and making difficult decisions. They value competence, logic, and results.

A Commander tends to focus on long-term objectives and the most efficient path toward them. They are direct, confident, and structured, often emerging as leaders, and they hold themselves and others to high standards. They have little patience for inefficiency, indecision, or excuses.

Their forcefulness and bluntness can come across as domineering or impatient, and they may underweight others' feelings in pursuit of a goal. They can struggle to slow down or to tolerate approaches they see as illogical. Commanders generally do best in environments that reward leadership, strategic thinking, and measurable achievement.
